Wiltshire COVID-19 cases (as of Monday 18 January 2021)![]() Recent GOV.UK data has shown that the rate of transmission is starting to drop in Wiltshire, so thank you to all those who have been playing their part in following the guidance and spirit of the national lockdown. Despite a slowing of infection rates you will have seen national and local news reports on hospitals struggling with massive demand on beds and services. This is why it’s more important than ever to continue our efforts to keep following the guidance. Be alert to these fraudulent methods. Please download, read, and share this information. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PAY OR PROVIDE ANY FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO 'PROVE YOUR IDENTITY' The message from Burbage Surgery on 20/01/2021 is: More good news... We have now vaccinated all those over 80 including those who are housebound. We have also contacted and booked all patients from Priority group 3 (who are 75 years old and over). We are waiting for the go ahead to offer vaccines to the next group 4 (Clinically extremely vulnerable and over 70s) We will be in touch as soon as we can.... PLEASE DO NOT CALL THE SURGERY- we will contact you!!! If you are a healthcare professional, please email the surgery with some form of evidence and we will contact you to book you in.
